The New Forest

The New Forest has been a holiday destination throughout the ages, and once you’ve experienced the peacefulness of the forest’s idyllic glades, ancient woodland, open moors, heathland, and cliff top walks, you’ll understand why.

Incredible cycle routes, guided horse rides, watersports, and golf are all nearby, or if you’re feeling like a more sedentary holiday there are relaxing spas, quaint village shopping, museums, and brilliant independent theatres in the area.

Historic Salisbury

Welcoming travellers since 1227, Salisbury is a historic compact cathedral city with its own unique and modern identity.

View the best-preserved of the four original Magna Carta manuscripts, then walk just minutes to the buzzing pedestrianised city centre for upmarket boutique shopping, bars, and restaurants. The Charter Market showcases goods from the region’s independent artisans and farmers.

Less than twenty minutes north of Salisbury is Stonehenge, a powerful testament to human ingenuity, imagination, and creativity. Experience the unforgettable atmosphere of the Stone Circle, take a trip back 4,000 years in the world-class exhibition, and take time to explore the monuments and mysteries of the wider Stonehenge landscape.

The Jurassic Coast

The only place on Earth where geology from the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous Periods can be seen in one place, the Jurassic Coast offers stunning coastal walks, dramatic secluded beaches, traditional seaside villages, and the historic, cultural towns of Bournemouth and Poole.

Take a short ferry trip from Lymington to Yarmouth for a memorable day exploring the Isle of Wight area of outstanding natural beauty, or spot rare birds in the North Solent.
