More about our Head Chef Erick

Erick has received a lot of his inspirations from his travels and loves to try unique cuisines, which has improved his dynamic of varied culinary skills and taste palette.

 

This has allowed him to find his cooking identity which he has obtained throughout these explorations. Erick has a passion for seafood cuisine as he believes it offers such a fresh taste when caught on the same day.

 

Erick’s inspiration in the culinary world is Auguste Escoffier, who was a French chef and culinary writer who popularised and updated traditional French cooking methods. Erick has said to have read a lot of books about the Frenchman and uses them to influence his unique way of cooking.
